Just got home from Illinois locked the front door oh boy
Got to sit down take a rest on the porch
Imagination sets in pretty soon I'm singing doodoodoo
lookin' out my back door
There's a giant doing cartwheels a statue wearing high heels
Look at all the happy creatures dancing on the lawn
A Dinosaur Victrola listnein' to Buck Owens doodoodoo
lookin' out my back door
Tambourines and elephants are playing in the band
Won't you take a ride on the flying spoon
A Wonderous Apparition provided by magician doodoodoo
lookin' out my back door
[ guitar ]
Tambourines and elephants are playing in the band
Won't you take a ride on the flying spoon
Bother me tomorrow today I'll buy no sorrows doodoodoo
lookin' out my back door
[ steel ]Just got home from Illinois locked the front door oh boy
