I wish I was Santa Claus
I'd take all the whole year off
Except on christmas day
I'd go flyin' on my sleigh
I wish I was Santa Claus.

I'd give away all the toys my little elves make
And leave them for the children of the world
I wish I could be there with em' when they all wake
To see the happy little boys and girls.

I wish I was Santa Claus
With a belly that was big and soft
I'd go flyin' on my sleigh
Have rudolph lead the way
I wish I was Santa Claus.

(I wish I was Santa Claus
I'd take all the whole year off
Except on christmas day
Go flyin' on my sleigh
I wish I was Santa Claus.)

I'd give away all the toys my little elves make
And leave them for the children of the world
I wish I could be there with em' when they all wake
To see the happy little boys and girls.

I wish I was Santa Claus
With a belly that was big and soft
Go flyin' on my sleigh
Have rudolph lead the way
I wish I was Santa Claus.

I'd go out flyin' on my sleigh
Have old rudolph lead the way
I wish I was Santa Claus.

Wish I, wish I was old Santa...
