(Bobby Wayne - Dennis Hromek)
Bobby Wayne

I wish somebody would sing me a happy song
For that's just the way I wanna feel
Sad songs are all I've heard since my baby's gone
Won't somebody please sing me a happy song.

It might help me to forget her if it does then I'll feel better
Make it different not like the ones I'd hear them play everyday
Take out the cryin' leave out the hurtin' all that reminds me she's gone
Won't somebody please sing me a happy song.

Won't somebody please sing me a happy song...
