Don't you ever think about the past?
The first kiss on a summer night when you thought it would last
Days down by the ocean takin' it slow
Well if you're by the promenade then you really must go

On the Ferris wheel
Everything is fine today
And the sky is clear
There's nothing in your way

Don't you ever cancel all your plans?
To sit on the top of the world just chill holding time in your hands
Hey you, where are you running to? Why are you hiding away?
Stop right there don't go no further
Baby stop where you are
There's something we should do today, ooh

Let's take the Ferris wheel
Everything is fine today
And the sky is clear
There's nothing in your way
On the Ferris wheel
We can take our time today
I know how you feel
You wouldn't have to say
You wouldn't have to say

On the Ferris wheel
Everything is fine today
And the sky is clear
There's nothing in your way
On the Ferris wheel
We can take our time today
I know how you feel
You wouldn't have to say
You wouldn't have to say
