I remember 12 years ago
That day it was quite a snow
My mama told that it was so bad
She wasn't even able to put food on the table

I asked her where is my father
She looked at me and didn't bother
I looked into her eyes
And then she cried and she took my heart away

I write this song to you
Hoping that you see the truth
Cause back in the days you was up on the way
And you wasn't there for me

Not even one call
To see if I'm okay
But I've been trough it all
And you made me strong
That's why I'm writing you this letter

From my youngster too my teens
I wish you were here to share my dreams
Walking, talking just us two
Sometimes I wonder if I look like you

I'll be searching for you
Can't stop more (?)
There's nothing I wont do
Can't wait to see you

I write this song to you
Hoping that you see the truth
Cause back in the days you was up on the way
And you wasn't there for me

Not even one call
To see if I'm okay
But I've been trough it all
And you made me strong
That's why I'm writing you this letter

I write this song to you
Hoping that you see the truth
Cause back in the days you was up on the way
And you wasn't there for me

Not even one call
To see if I'm okay
But I've been trough it all
And you made me strong
That's why I'm writing you this letter

I wake up every day
Trying to find the strength for better ways

I write this song to you
Hoping that you see the truth
Cause back in the days you was up on the way
And you wasn't there for me

Not even one call
To see if I'm okay
But I've been trough it all
And you made me strong
That's why I'm writing you this letter

I write this song to you
Hoping that you see the truth
Cause back in the days you was up on the way
And you wasn't there for me

Not even one call
To see if I'm okay
But I've been trough it all
And you made me strong
That's why I'm writing you this letter
