Refrain:

I will never forget you

For your name, I have carved on the palm of my hand

Though the night may be empty

You will hear me, for I will be calling your name

Do you not know? Have you not heard?

I am the eternal God

I am the first, and with the last I will be

Fear not, I call you by name

Be still, and know I am your God

(Refrain)

Do you not see? Can you not feel?

Never have you been alone

I am within you, there in your heart

Rest now, and quiet your soul

Be still, in silence I am there

(Refrain)

In the night, we yearn for you (fear not?I call you by name)

And we pray your light shine through (be still, and I know I am God)

Come to us, Lord, take our fears away

(Refrain)
