There'll soon be a rainbow,
I heard a raindrop say,
he sang of the warm glow,
as we pitter-pattered away . . .

How long have we hoped to hear,
such happy words of cheer,
the sweetest music to my ear?

There'll soon be a rainbow,
I'm sure the raindrop knew . . .
We'll soon see the rain go,
just let the sunshine come through . . .

Then once the colours come to blend,

into a perfect rainbow,
for a happy end . . .

There'll soon be a rainbow,
I'm sure the raindrop knew . . .
And we will soon see the rain go,
just to let the sunshine come through . . .

Then once the colours come to blend,
into a perfect rainbow,
for a happy end . . .

. . . happy end . . .
